COVID- 19 Update:

Strikers Volleyball Club is following all CDC, local and state government guidelines. USAV has pushed our start date back into May.   We are hopeful to restart  practices sometime in the middle of May. Once the city allows us to meet, hopefully in the next few weeks, we will begin setting up some workouts/ practice for teams to get back in the gym. 

 

It is important to do "at home workouts" so you are ready to return when we get the "all clear" to come together.  We will keep you posted as timelines change. 

We will begin posting at home workouts that you can do with your family or by yourself.  Check back each Friday for a new weekly workout!!  See below for our first at home workout!

Body Weight Only

     40-30-20-10

Burpees

Sit Ups

Air Squats

Flutter Kicks

Jumping Lunges

*complete 40 of each exercise, then 30 of each, and so on.
